Rick L. Pardue



Rick Pardue is a Ford Motor Company retiree that worked as a UAW employee for 31 years. During the last 10 years of his tenure, he was also a UAW-Ford Cooperating Attorney that helped Ford co-workers with a variety of their legal matters. Rick continues to be the only UAW-Ford retiree in the United States that is licensed to practice law and he strives to be the first trusted contact for the legal needs of all working families. Mr. Pardue continues to seek excellence in his trial skills by completing coursework throughout the United States from the National Institute of Trial Advocacy (NITA). He recently completed the advanced trial skills in Washington D.C. Federal District Court and obtained the highly regarded Master Advocate designation from NITA.

On a personal note, Rick is married to Joni, with three children and four grandchildren. His personal hobbies and interests include long distance motorcycle rides and anything else on wheels. He continues to participate within UAW Local 862 on committees and is legal counsel for Riders for Heroes charity.
