Robert L. Fleck



Robert is a retired career prosecutor from the Jefferson County Attorney's Office where he worked for over twenty-five years fighting for the rights of citizens and victims of crime. For the last twelve years of his tenure as a prosecutor, Robert was the Division Chief of the DUI Prosecution Unit. As a prosecutor, for twenty-five years, Robert was in the courtroom every day, where he tried 100s of jury and bench trials. He also supervised other prosecutors, paralegals, law clerks and support staff. He oversaw the entry of hundreds of expungements and he conducted thousands of court hearings. He was an instructor at the Louisville Metro Police Academy for over twelve years. He also was an instructor at the Kentucky Prosecutors Institute for six years where he taught prosecutors throughout Kentucky how to try jury trials.

Now that he is Of Counsel with Pardue Law Group, he is ready to use that experience to fight for you. Robert concentrates on criminal defense of felonies, misdemeanors and violations in Juvenile Court, District Court and Circuit Court, expungements in District Court and Circuit Court, and on Family Law cases in Family Court and Circuit Court. Robert is experienced in all aspects of criminal law and family law and is ready to represent you in these matters.

On a personal note, Mr. Fleck has been married to wife Sharon for 22 years. He has two stepchildren and four grandchildren. His personal hobbies and interests include gardening, bourbon tasting and all sports.
